Welcome to Foxly AI – Homework Helper ("Foxly AI", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Foxly AI mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using Foxly AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Foxly AI is an AI-powered homework assistance platform designed to help students understand academic concepts, solve problems, summarize content, scan documents, and enhance learning productivity.

Foxly AI provides educational assistance only and does not replace teachers, instructors, or academic professionals.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

Foxly AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Details:

• Title: Foxly AI Premium
• Length: Weekly, Monthly, and/or Annual (depending on plan selected)
• Price: Displayed at time of purchase inside the app and in the App Store checkout flow

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime by going to: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• Free trials are limited to one per user unless otherwise stated.

4. No Refunds for Unused Time

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. We do not issue refunds for unused time. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple's refund system.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Foxly AI for cheating, academic dishonesty, or plagiarism.
• Submit copyrighted content without authorization.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the service.
• Use the service for illegal or malicious purposes.

Foxly AI is designed to support learning, not replace it.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Foxly AI provides AI-generated educational assistance. We do not guarantee:

• 100% correctness of answers
• Exam results
• Academic grades

Users remain fully responsible for verifying and understanding content before submission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, software, and AI systems used in Foxly AI are the exclusive property of Foxly AI and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the app without explicit permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Foxly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Academic penalties
• Data loss
• Misuse of information
• Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
